Custom routine system for GameMaker: Studio 2

Hey there!
I made this little asset and wanted to share it. It's a rather simple but flexible routine system for GameMaker: Studio 2. The main inspiration for this project was the JRPG tried-and-true combat system, and the way they handle events both inside and outside their battles.
So, what would this asset be good for?
Remember JRPG battles? Remember how you pressed the confirmation button on your menu and then your character did a thousand different things for, like, five minutes? This asset can help you script that kind of behavior in a way that's consistent and understandable, while keeping it scalable.
- And then there were some cutscenes using the in-game engine, right? Well, you could also set those events up, like I did for the battle in this little demo.
This project is just a tiny fraction of my upcoming JRPG creation framework for GMS2. Hope you find it useful!
